You can include any specific information or instructions regarding your deposition in the “Comments or Questions” box. Additionally, you may also e-mail our office at info@schmittreporting.com to schedule a deposition.

We also offer an online scheduling program (RB Web), which allows you to schedule and view depositions, along with many other exciting features. What is your regular delivery time for a transcript? What is your expedited delivery time?

Our regular delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. If you wish to expedite your order, we expedite as quickly as one business day. Please contact our office if you are in need of an expedited order. We would be happy to go over our expedite fees and process with you.

What is the difference between an E-transcript and a PDF, and what does it take to open each of them?

E-transcripts are only available for Windows computers, and do not work with Macintosh computers. E-transcripts also require a free, downloadable program to view, which you can download from our E-transcripts tab/Software Downloads/E-Transcript Viewer, or access via this link.

Searchable PDFs can be used by both Windows and Macintosh computers and are viewable by any PDF viewing program.

Both files are searchable for keywords, and both can have Exhibits linked to them or have them sent separately as PDFs, however you prefer.

Are you a member of the National Court Reporters Association? Are you a member of your state association?

Yes, we are members of the National Court Reporters Association (including being an Angel donor), as well as both the Oregon Court Reporters Association and Washington Court Reporters Association. Additionally, we are members of Ethics First (a division of NCRA), the Oregon Paralegal Association, DepoSpan, and The Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting. We also are proud supporters of the National Association of Legal Secretaries (NALS) of Oregon.
